A 1200-seater large-volume public hall designed for weddings, cultural programmes, Kalaiarangam events, and music performances.
The hall is used for public gatherings and seasonal cultural events, including Margazhi music programmes. The design needed to support speech, music, ceremonies, and large audience use.
The acoustic and interior strategy aimed to improve the hall’s comfort while giving it a strong visual and cultural presence. The design supports multipurpose use without reducing the identity of the space as a public celebration hall.
